If you love shopping and freebies, it’s time to check out Shecky’s Girls Night Out. Held at the Biltmore Ballrooms, the event provides shopping, free drinks, and a hugely overstuffed goodie bag for attendees. Sponsors include Veet, The Body Shop, American Laser Skincare, La Croix, dermalogica, and Bud Light/Michelob. It’s safe to assume you’ll be sipping all the free Bud Lights and Michelobs you can handle, and possibly sampling whatever their latest product is. Goodie bags usually look like the beauty department of a drugstore exploded in them–in the past, we’ve scored full-size toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, vitamin water, chapstick, and the like in ours, plus coupons for even more goodies. Protip: Collect your goodie bag early on, before they’re starting to disappear. And expect to use the word “goodie” so many times that it loses all meaning. Goodie. Goodie. Goodie. See? Nothing.
