It’s finally here, with all the fanfare and trimmings. Forever 21 debuted at Lenox on Saturday, with large crowds and ridiculous lines for the dressing rooms and checkout. Bonuses: expanded accessories, lingerie, and kids sections, which are seriously lacking in other Atlanta-area Forever 21 stores.
